Maria asks…Immigration from South Africa - HELP NEEDED DESPERATELY?How does my girlfriend come to live here from South Africa?
She has been here for two years on a working holiday visa which expired in March so she returned home to SA. She now wants to come back to live with me (we met in November 2006).
Does anyone have an idea of what her options are? We want to avoid the marriage route initially but she definitely wants to work when she gets here. Can she apply for another working
